Shipping policy

 

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Tracking details are shared on the registered email address.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on your pin code and location.

🚫 UNDELIVERED ITEMS

  • In case of incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our shipping facility.

  • Once we receive the undelivered package, we will contact you via email or phone.

  • For prepaid orders, the package will either be:

    • Re-shipped (on request), or

    • A store credit will be issued (valid for 50 days)

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For any concerns, feel free to contact us:

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

  • Exchange is allowed within 24–48 hours of delivery — only for size issues.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and have original tags.

  • One-time exchange only — please check your size carefully.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

    • If the desired size is unavailable, store credit or product exchange will be offered.

    • Store credit is valid for 50 days.

Exchange Charges:

  • ₹250 exchange fee applies. This covers:

    • Reverse pickup by our delivery partner

    • Delivery of the new product

  • In case your pin code is non-serviceable for pickup:

    • You'll need to self-ship the product via local courier.

    • In such cases, no exchange fee will be charged.

Other Notes:

  • Exchange process typically takes 7–9 days from pickup.

  • Products bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.

🧾 DAMAGED ITEMS

Received a damaged item? We're sorry!
Please follow these steps:

  1. Click clear photos of the damaged product.
