🔄 Returns

We generally do not offer returns on products once delivered.

However, a return will be accepted only if the issue is from our side, such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Missing items in the package

In such cases, customers are eligible for a return or free replacement.

🔁 Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-Day Easy Replacement/Exchange from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • A valid reason is mandatory (such as size issue, damaged product, or incorrect item received).

🔄 Exchange Charges

  • A charge of ₹200 is applicable for size exchange.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • Free exchange will be provided if the issue is from our side (wrong, defective, or damaged product).

🎥 Unboxing Requirement

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
  • The video should clearly show the package being opened.
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  • If a return is approved (issue from our side)
  • If the product is out of stock for replacement
  • If the issue cannot be resolved through exchange
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

⚠️ Important Guidelines

  • Customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery.
  • All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests without a valid reason or required proof may not be accepted.
  • Velovora reserves the right to approve or reject requests after proper verification.
